To encourage college students to start their own businesses, entrepreneurship education must go first. In the entrepreneurship education of college students, we should first understand the motivation of college students to start their own businesses and the reasons why they do not want to start their own businesses, and then give targeted guidance and incentives. By classifying and summarizing the questionnaire survey data, this paper summarizes the main reasons why college students do not want to start their own businesses, as well as the main motivation for college students to start their own businesses, and carries out in-depth analysis, and finally gives targeted guidance and incentive measures for college students to start their own businesses....
This article defines and examines the concept of innovation, as a radical change in Public Administration that can be defined as translating into new processes, new technologies, creation of new products and introduction of new values in Public Administration. New public management models mean forms of innovation, new paradigms and new forms of management. This discussion examines the characteristics of each model through history, specifically underlining the break introduced by the New Public Management Model which meant a complete change in the public management philosophy. In analyzing the change process and strategy, whose impetus falls to the political power, we will take into account social or economic ruptures and the pressure of citizens. Finally, some instruments and incentives for change are made explicit and we show that change is the responsibility of management; and, once introduced, such change must be “frozen” through legislative instruments....
In order to satisfy the consumers’ pursuit of diversification of goods, new retail enterprises begin to gradually produce small quantities and various kinds of products, which makes the sales data become more complex and various, and then makes the inventory management more difficult. Therefore, it is very necessary to establish an accurate demand prediction model for the sub-category stratum. In this paper, we firstly consider the effect of external macrofactors on sales, and establish a multiple linear regression model to forecast the sales of the target products. Then we consider the regularity and trendency of previous sales, comparing the fitting degree of different parameter ARIMA models, and finally establish the ARIMA (2, 2, 1) model with the best prediction effect. Finally, in the light of the fitting degree, the two models are given different weights, and a predictive model that combines multiple linear regression and ARIMA (2, 2, 1) is established. It can be shown from the results that the prediction effect of combined model is better and it can accurately predict needs for new retail goods, thereby reducing the difficulty of inventory management and improving corporate competitiveness....
A new definition of system is used, which is the foundation of a new theory called Specific Theory of Systems and based on which a hypothesis is deduced about which is the systems-based model that reliably describes how organizations are integrated and how do they work. This model is described in detail and is proposed as a hypothesis to serve as a basis for a subsequent empirical investigation that allows it to be verified for its acceptance or rejection. The purpose of the research was to use a new system theory called STS, developed by the author in previous works, to deduce in a logical way, a structure model that allows describing organizations based on systems, in this case, socio- technical systems. The method used was to deduce from the concepts of the STS, how the structure that integrates and interrelates the systems that make up an organization should be formed. The conclusion obtained was that the fundamental system of the structure is the one in which a result or final product of the organization is assembled and that this system is fed by a set of systems that provide inputs and another set that provides general services. In addition, each of the feeder systems also generates a similar structure and each of their feeder systems also does so in such a way that the structure can be developed by levels until reaching an adequate, required level or until reaching the limit of the organization that it is studied....
The aim of this study was to assess the influence of marketing strategies on growth and sustainability in the OEM industry in Zambia. Based on Porter’s Generic Competitive Business Strategies, the study identified the major bottlenecks in the currently employed marketing strategies and assessed the relationship between Porter’s generic strategies in achieving KPI’s. A quantitative survey with structured questions was administered through self-completion questionnaires to 40 respondents, representing a 95% response rate. A descriptive research design was used and a quantitative research strategy used. IBM SPSS was used for correlation analysis, to assess the strength of the relationship between variables. The results indicated that at a 1% level of significance, the Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.01 and 0.000 at sig. (2-tailed) < 0.01 indicated that there was a statistically significant relationship between cost strategy and revenue and market share growth. The results further showed Pearson correlation............
